The understanding of "Balancing" came across to us as a quest to for equilibrium.

Our response is a system bringing together magnitudes involving tangible built elements, forces and influences emerging from the context and the society.

The other main concept idea is the notion of a "playful" space to promote workshops and exhibitions as interactive and "think-thank" interfaces.

DIS-PLAYLAND is an independent structure suitable for free landscapes or urban contexts, and it can be defined as a porous entity with interstitial spaces and networks based on nature, human exchanges and freedom of thoughts. It consists of a public open space area, leading to an enclosed exhibition pavilion.

It is an unfoldable one piece objet, conceived to overtake a singular identity upon its location.

The platform is composed by recycled panels, holding together and self-supporting, each of them laying on independent columns: a modular strategy allowing the pavilion to adapt to different orientations and topographies, and thus, to give changing characters to the open space seating area.

DIS-PLAYLAND is a creative process inspired by a play-garden experience.
